Kathia Mata

​Kathia Mata is a very talented self-taught crochet artist.  She makes shawls, scarfs, long vests and cardigans.  Everything she makes is unique by using high quality yarn of acrylic, cotton, polyester alpaca, cashmere or wool. 

It was during Covid pandemic that Kathia taught herself to create some very beautiful and useful articles of clothing.  She loves the challenge of making intricate or complicated, the final project is very rewarding.

Kathia has always thought the Two Rivers Art Gallery to be beautiful, classy and now she is excited to be a part of it.
